German teacher

I grew up in the German speaking part of Switzerland. Hence, I was exposed to the language throughout my entire schooling years. In my professional life as a doctor's assistant and later CEO administrative assistant I needed to communicate daily in the German and English language. I studied business for three years and finished with honors. Over the course of the last four years I have taught numerous people the German language. Some only need a little guidance to have a more pleasant Germany, Austria or Switzerland traveling experience. Others keep on coming back to master more fluent conversation and writing.

My approach

Tutoring is something I'm passionate about. My goal is to provide an atmosphere that will facilitate an ongoing level of improvement in my students' speaking proficiency. You'll see this by the way I teach. I am flexible with my time and adapt to my students' needs. As a first step I get familiar with your expectations. Secondly I recommend an approach that fits you. Thirdly I want you to have fun and learn in an interactive way. For me, the lesson does not start when we meat. I already take my time to prepare the class material.

My passion

I love to interact with people of all kinds of nations. Communication is an integral part for humans to get along harmoniously. Expand your horizon with a new language. Let's start a dialog and chat in German or Swiss German. In my spare time I love staying healthy and keeping my neurons active with visits to museums, good music and cultural activities.
